what is "rhetorical situation" and "rhetorical analysis"

From my perspective,"rhetorical situation"is the condition or status that you consider when you plan to express your idea to someone.It includes four elements,which are writer,reader,text and medium.
"Rhetorical analysis"is the process that you are analyzing your rhetorical situation.For instance,when you think about writer ,you may consider about your purpose,your role etc.For reader,you may take your audience education,age,group beliefs into account.Each time you write,you should examine all the elements of the rhetorical situation carefully in order to meet the needs of your audience.
