B. Computer and video games addiction has negative addiction on people’s daily life, including both study and work.

1. Instances have been reported in which users play compulsively, isolating themselves from family and friends or from other forms of social contact, and focus almost entirely on in-game achievements rather than other life events exhibiting mood swings and lack of imagination.

2. It will also cause many problems during daily life, like sleep problem, a significant decrease in other activities and interests, and deterioration of person hygiene.
