My topic for my societal issue is ADD and ADHD medicine. We have all seen how it is easily given out to kids these days. Not even the younger generation, but also college students. This has become an increasing issue because there has been a lot of known side effects, including a major one, depression. Also high school and college age people will misuse and abuse the drugs Ritalin or adder-all to either stay up late cramming for a test or to get high.
