The definition of kairos is knowing what is most appropriate in a given situation. With the modern weblog, it gives people the opportunity to easily make their thoughts, personal information, or anything they choose available for the world to see. This can be an issue because often times people who posts blogs don't understand the degree of availability that they are making it to the public eye. Blogs are often used as a way to express personal sentiments but it is not truly understood that any one could see this and use this in any way they choose. The importance of voyeurism directly relates to my previous point, that you don't know who is going to be reading your blog.
What kind of privacy rights are involved with web blogs?
Should the responsibility of discretion be placed on the writer or reader of the web blog?
